What we collect when you visit this site or get in touch, and what we do with it. Last updated September 23, 2026.
If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, the type of project, and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, the form service we use. We use what you send to reply and to plan your consultation. If you call or email Veronica or Jenn directly, we keep that conversation so we can help with your project.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, roughly where visitors come from, and what kind of device they use. We also count when someone taps a phone number or email link, so we know which pages lead to conversations. And we use Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how visitors use our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and moving from page to page, so we can make the site easier to use. These tools use cookies. Clarity does not record what you type into forms. We use them to improve the site, not to identify you.
Some pages include a video hosted on YouTube. If you play it, YouTube may set cookies under Google's privacy policy.
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the services named on this page, which help us run the site, and when the law requires it.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, and a content blocker will stop the analytics tools. Google offers an opt-out add-on for Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. You can also ask us what we have on file about you, or ask us to delete it.
