Every project starts with conversation, not a concept board. On a whole-home project, plan on two to four talks over about two weeks before any material is chosen: how you cook, whether the formal dining room gets used, what sits on the bathroom counter. Which rooms, your timing, and what you hope the space will do. If you have a budget, say so: staying within it matters to us. A renovation already underway typically runs three to six months, and selections on a custom build nine to fifteen, most of that the build itself.
